What To See Nearby In Northumberland and the Borders

If you scroll down below, you will find a multitude of activities and attractions within 30 minutes of The Hoot, including Northumberland's best castles at Alnwick, Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh, Warkworth and Chillingham. If you are hoping to immerse yourself in nature, why not visit Alnwick Gardens, Druridge Country Park, Hulne Park or Hauxley Nature Reserve?   For guests who want to soak-up some culture whilst staying in The Hoot, there are many local museums you may wish to visit, such as the Grace Darling Museum, Bailiffgate Museum, Hardy's Fishing Tackle Museum and Holy Island (Lindisfarne Castle).
